 Please use the attached claim form to submit requests for reimbursement to CNORIS. As well as the claim form, the attached file also provides a decision tree to take you through every step of the process plus detailed guidance to clarify scheme rules surrounding claims submission. Please simply download the claim file onto your systems, complete the form fields and email it back to the team at WIllis (email links on the form) along with any relevant attachments. The scheme rules have to a large extent been coded into the claim form to make life significantly easier for our Members when submitting claims to us.
